Travis has personally represented over 800 clients throughout the state of Indiana and nationwide in various personal injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile collisions, trucking collisions, motorcycle collisions, and medical malpractice cases. Travis started his career at large international law firms in New York City, Washington DC and Indianapolis before settling into his true calling: representing individuals who have been seriously injured and families who have lost loved ones due to the negligence of others. These experiences as a defense lawyer, however, equipped Travis with insight into how his clients’ cases will be challenged, so that he can prepare to meet and overcome such challenges. Motivated by the personal reward and fulfillment that comes from helping individuals and families recover from tragedy, he cofounded Johnson Jensen with his longtime friend and mentor Bob Johnson.
Travis is also passionate about psychology and the multiple roles it plays in the trial process, leading him to develop the jury research process that is the foundation of he and Bob’s company Precognitive Jury Research, LLP.
Travis resides in Fishers with his wife and two daughters. When he is not working, he enjoys playing in a band, writing and recording music, traveling, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
